1 The Cheque/DD has to be drawn in favour of M/s. LAKSHMI SAI WINDOORS<br />
2 Any design / measurement change to be mutually agreed before commencing<br />
of production and changes will result in price variation.<br />
3 Clear masonary openings to be finished with plastering.<br />
4 Gap between wall & window frame should be of 5-8 mm maximum to fill<br />
with silicone sealant.<br />
5 Buyer should provide power supply and necessary scaffolding arrangements<br />
at the time of installation. Electrical Points should be provided within a<br />
radius of 7 mtr, from the point of installation.<br />
6 Secured storage should be provided by the Client .<br />
7 Material despatch within THREE weeks from the date of receipt of your<br />
purchase order along with 60% advance and 35 % before delivery and<br />
balance 5 % to be paid after installation<br />
8 The price quoted inclusive of Supply,Glass, installation and taxes.<br />
9 Quotation valid 1 month.<br />

2 Glass mentioned is of any reputed make(Saint Gobain,ModiGuard,Asahi)<br />
3 The uPVC (Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride) profile Make is Alpine (Uropian Standard Profile).<br />
4 The uPVC (Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride) profiles are considered WHITE .<br />
