With our CNC equipment and 5-axis Waterjet, engineering plastic parts<br />
can be machined and cut to customer specifications and prints.<br />
We stock molded and pultruded fiberglass grating...we can cut it to<br />
size and/or machine it to print too.<br />

to 14” diameter, in various grades, colors, lengths and formulations.<br />
Our headquarters in Jackson, MI recently completed a building expansion, increasing our square footage from 40,700 to just over 60,000 sqft. This<br />
expansion allowed us to bring in even more inventory as well as invest in more processing equipment to better service our customers. We now run 3<br />
full shifts which enables us to have the lowest lead times in the industry.<br />

Our saws can cut up to 18” diameter rod, and in most<br />
cases, ship it the same day it is ordered.<br />
Our CNC Saws can cut material up to 8“ thick x 14<br />
feet wide/long and hold very tight tolerances.<br />
Our 5-axis Waterjet is able to cut material from 1/32” up to 10” thick in<br />
a single pass. It can also cut & machine rubber, foam, fiberglass, G-10,<br />
Phenolics, GPO-3 and various glass-filled materials.<br />
Our 4-head CNC Twin Table Production Router is capable of machining<br />
parts up to 4” thick x 10 feet wide x 12 feet long.<br />
