ZAŠTITA OD POPLAVA U REPUBLICI SRBIJI<br />

Sažetak: Poplave su u nekoliko navrata, zajedno s poslednjim majskim iz 2014. godine, koje<br />

su bile katastrofalnih razmera, nanele velike materijalne štete privredi, infrastrukturnim<br />

objektima, životnoj sredini, zdravlju stanovništva, ukljuujui i gubitke ljudskih života. Štete<br />

se u potpunosti nisu mogle izbei ak ni u mnogo ureenijim evropskim zemljama ali su mogle<br />

biti umanjene.<br />

Ljudski napredak ne trpi prepreke, ali se u poslednjoj vremenskoj epohi snažnog<br />

industrijskog i ekonomskog razvoja primenjuje njegov poguban uticaj na prirodu, zbog ega<br />

je došlo do globalnih klimatskih poremeaja i pojave poplava u sve veim frekfencijama,<br />

intenzitetima i posledicama. Upravo zbog toga poplave zauzimaju posebnu pažnju i mesto<br />

prilikom procene ugroženosti svake zemlje.<br />

FLOOD PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA<br />

Abstract: Floods in several occasions, along with the last of the May 2014, which were<br />

catastrophic, causing great damage to the economy, infrastructure facilities, environmental,<br />

public health, including the loss of human lives. Damages are completely could not be<br />

avoided even in a much more coherent European countries, but they could be reduced.<br />

Human progress can’t tolerate obstacles, but in the last period the strong industrial<br />

and economic development applies its devastating impact on nature, which caused<br />

disturbances to the global climate and the occurrence of floods in increasing frequencies,<br />

intensities and effects. Because of this flood occupy a special place in attention and risk<br />

assessment of each country.<br />
