Dedicated Support All of our Introducers have a dedicated Business Development Manager, who will work with you to: • Enable your practice to provide leading tax advice to your client base (without having to either invest significant chargeable time to perform this work in-house or outsource it to a potential competitor). • Provide your practice with the expertise required to tender for high-value tax work in your locality, thereby creating another avenue for revenue generation. Your Business Development Manager is also available for face-to-face meetings, telephone support, online support – whichever way you decide. 7

Some of the key benefits of our Introducer Programme are as follows: Webinar Training We deliver webinar based training via Citrix Go To Meeting, which can be accessed from any PC/Mac. Webinars usually last for no more than 45 minutes and aim to provide all participants with a better understanding of the topic. On Site Training Supporting documentation As an alternative to a webinar, we can also deliver on site training to staff groups at your office. We have a number of infographics, which can be used as a convenient reference point for talking to clients. They cover the key information that clients need to know and can be tailored to suit your requirements. £ Fees We are flexible and will always work in the best interests of your client. We will manage the whole case or, if preferred, provide specialist advice on demand. We tailor the fee arrangements to suit each case (e.g. fixed fees, hourly rates, contingent fees etc). If an advisor refers the entire case to us, then we will pay them a commission (based on fees recovered from the client). Certain conditions apply, but our aim is always to try to financially reward introducers for trusting us with their client. 8
