Application: ISO 3DFD* 16th order Isotropic kernel.<br />

Description: ISO 3DFD is a kernel that computes an isotropic<br />

wave propagation in 3D (ISO). These kernel types are the heart of<br />

Reverse Time Migration (RTM). RTM can also be computed with<br />

VTI or TTI kernels. ISO 3DFD computes the wave propagation in<br />

the 16th order in space and 2nd order in time. On a single Intel®<br />

Xeon Phi coprocessor, this kernel is able to update around 5800<br />

Mcells/s (350 Gflops).<br />

Usage Model: Native mode with intrinsics. OpenMP* but no MPI.<br />

Results: The Intel® Xeon Phi coprocessor increased<br />

performance by up to 1.66X compared to the Intel® Xeon®<br />
