The numerical value specified in a sparse symmetric matrix is not a value floating value.
MSK RES ERR SYM MAT NOT LOWER TRINGULAR
Only the lower triangular part of sparse symmetric matrix should be specified.
MSK RES ERR TASK INCOMPATIBLE
The Task file is incompatible with this platform. This results from reading a file on a 32 bit
platform generated on a 64 bit platform.

The Task file is invalid.
