Zebra is now established, in its
third year. The business has the
leading edge in methodology
and benchmark data owing to
involvement in ‘first sector’
deals such as M&A by Fairpoint
Group PLC. ZebraLC carried
out technical and WIP due
diligence in Fairpoint’s
acquisition of both Simpson
Millar and Colemans CTTS. The
latter involving a due diligence
review on Colemans large
volume conveyancing arm.
In early 2015, Zebra received its
first international new enquiry
to advise on an M&A deal in
Perth, Australia and this month
has been advising a US client.
This year the business also
achieved ISO9001

Founder Zoe Holland has a
keen eye on technology to
drive innovation in products,
services and operational
performance. Key KPI’s were to
get to a paperless audit and an
online cloud based business
collaboration platform by end
2014.
May 2014: Zebra Hub
colloborative platform in place.
This is an online and on
demand service that works
across all platforms including
iPhone and android.
August 2014: bespoke online
cloud-based audit system
implemented to provide
project flexibility and the ability
to track risk trends during a
large scale due diligence
process.
