Hill Dickinson advises Conygar Investment<br />
Company PLC as it makes two significant<br />
acquisitions<br />
Rowlinsons crowned Best<br />

The <strong>Liverpool</strong> office of<br />
international law firm, Hill<br />
Dickinson has advised The<br />
Conygar Investment<br />
Company PLC , on the<br />
acquisition of two<br />
development sites in Wales.<br />
The property investment and<br />
development group has<br />
acquired the freehold of the<br />
former Shell Storage Facility<br />
site near Rhosgoch, Anglesey<br />
for a consideration of £3<br />
million.<br />
The 203 acre brown field site is<br />
located approximately 3 miles<br />
from Amlwch Port and 6.5<br />
miles from the site of the<br />
existing and proposed Wylfa<br />
Nuclear Power Station.<br />
Hill Dickinson also advised the<br />
group on the acquisition of a<br />
9.96 acre freehold serviced<br />
development site at Cross<br />
Hands, South Wales from<br />
Sainsbury’s Supermarkets<br />
Limited. This site benefits from<br />
a detailed planning consent<br />
for a 90,792 gross sq ft food<br />
store with a 6 pump petrol<br />
station and 495 car parking<br />
spaces.<br />

opportunity for development<br />

this month which were held at<br />
Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.<br />
The Frodsham based law firm<br />
received the prestigious<br />
accolade of Best<br />
Conveyancer in the North<br />
West and as a result they<br />
subsequently advanced to<br />
compete for the title of<br />
Overall Conveyancing Firm of<br />
the Year alongside the other<br />
regional winners.<br />
In the final Rowlinsons were<br />
voted as being the third best<br />
conveyancing firm in the<br />
country and received the<br />
bronze award.<br />
The firm was also highly<br />
commended in the Direct<br />
Conveyancer of the Year<br />
category.<br />
