For comfort and security 

PIPETMAN L is the new fully-adjustable, air displacement pipette based on 

ergonomics, comfort and traceability research. The newly designed body 

offers high comfort without sacrificing robustness, accuracy and precision. 

Eight single-channel models cover a range of volumes from 0.2 μL to 10 mL. 

ONE OF THE LOWEST PIPETTING FORCES ON THE MARKET* 

• A new shape and mechanism for the tip ejection system dramatically reduce the tip ejection 

forces required. 

• A new piston assembly has been developed which offers extremely low pipetting forces. 

*Tested on Gilson and other brands of 200 μL pipette tips or equivalent. 

IMPROVED COMFORT 

To protect from Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), a new 

piston assembly drastically reduces forces. 

Its new shape ensures a perfect fit while the new 

hook reduces tensions during handling. 

To guarantee the volume delivered, a comfortable 

and reliable patented locking system has been 

developed. 

An adjustable tip ejector button has been added to 

adapt to both right and left handed users. 

CLASSIC METAL OR PLASTIC EJECTORS 

• Stainless steel or plastic ejectors are available with the same legendary 

PIPETMAN robustness. 

• For easier dismantling and better fit, the pipette is equipped with the 

Gilson clip ejector which fits securely in place without risk of it slipping 

over time. 

OPTIMUM TRACEABILITY 

• A 2D code that includes the product reference, date of 

manufacture, serial number and nominal volume. 

• A universal scanner or a smartphone* is sufficient to 

download pipette information. 

*Data matrix barcode on PIPETMAN L is readable with a smartphone by simply 

downloading a special application used for universal barcodes.

PIPETMAN G is a mechanical, air-displacement pipette from Gilson. 

In addition to the same legendary robustness, accuracy and precision, 

PIPETMAN G offers you one of the lowest pipetting forces on the market for 

the highest comfort.

A BLUE RING FOR EASY IDENTIFICATION 

To distinguish the PIPETMAN G from the PIPETMAN Neo or Classic, a blue ring

EZ Read 2000 microplate reader 

Versatile microplate reader for a wide range of assays 

EZ Read 2000 is the best choice for laboratories that require a microplate reader that can 

be used for a range of absorbance applications. 

This versatile microplate reader is capable of measuring samples in many different microplate formats: 12-, 24-, 48- 

and 96- well plates. The EZ Read 2000 uses tunable wavelength scanning so that any wavelength can be chosen from 

340nm to 800nm.

Pipettes are precision instruments used daily in routine laboratory work and are often involved 

in critical laboratory applications. Like any other instrument, they need to be serviced and 

calibrated regularly to ensure they perform to the highest standards. 

In line with the ISO 8655, Gilson recommends disassembling, cleaning, replacement of worn parts 

and checking of the calibration every 6 month or at least once a year. 

Each of our technical professionals receives extensive training by skilled Gilson employees 

that work directly in the manufacturing process, and are experts at inspecting, calibrating and 

repairing your pipettes. So we do more than simply repair a product. We restore your confidence 

in the precision, accuracy, and reliability that motivated you to purchase your pipettes in the first 

place. 

Ultimately, we work to provide you with flexible solutions to extend the lifetime of your pipette 

and assure you the highest level of continued accuracy and precision at a minimal cost. 

SERVICE LEVELS 

ECO CHECK SERVICE 

• 4 measurements at the lowest volume followed by 4 

measurements at the nominal volume (8 measurements 

in total per channel); Calibration to ISO 8655 

specification; spares chargeable. Perfect for academic 

labs! This level meets the requirements of most labs. 

ECO PLUS SERVICE 

• 10 measurements at the minimum, medium and 

nominal volumes each (30 measurements in total per 

channel); Calibration to ISO 8655-6 specification; spares 

chargeable. This level is suitable for regulated labs 

(GMP, GLP Compliant).
