which provide a bit of privacy for small groups or for couples enjoying<br />

date night.<br />

It was in one of these booths that The Panda found himself after<br />

stumbling upon Triple George Grill recently. Keen to refuel after a long<br />

afternoon of taking in the local sights, he was immediately impressed<br />

by the decadent looking menu which offers a fine selection of steak,<br />

burgers, seafood and chicken dishes.<br />

He chose to start with a bowl of calamari and beef tartare. The<br />

calamari was lightly battered and perfectly cooked so as to avoid the<br />

chewiness that is all too prevalent in some restaurants, while the beef<br />

tartare was full of flavor and a mouth-watering preview of what was<br />

to come.<br />

The array of seafood dishes on offer were tempting – particularly<br />

the Shrimp Scampi and the Atlantic Salmon – but it was hard to go<br />

past the New York Steak. Having already tried a few Vegas steak meals<br />

during the preceding week without coming across anything overly<br />

impressive, this one finally hit the spot with the meat cooked a perfect<br />

medium-rare and melting in the mouth like butter!<br />

With a bottle of red wine shared between The Panda and his dining<br />

companions, it completed an extremely pleasant meal – arguably the<br />

finest The Panda has enjoyed amid the bright Vegas lights.<br />

There is a lot to like about Triple George Grill – the surroundings<br />

are pleasant, the food exceptional and the staff exceedingly friendly –<br />

so if you do happen to find yourself lingering around Fremont Street<br />

be sure to schedule in a meal at this little gem.<br />
