we add new and exciting
camps to provide you
with exciting and unique
opportunities to learn, play
and explore with friends
and neighbours. Holiday
Camps are available for
registration by the day or
by the week, and no two
days will be the same!

Special Needs
Dovercourt is committed to the inclusion
of campers with special needs. Please
make us aware of any special requirements
for medication, mobility or other resources
your child may need to participate at the
time of registration. For questions, to
arrange a meeting, or for assistance with
choosing a camp, please contact our
special needs coordinator at
hmartin@dovercourt.org.
Newsletters
Please see Holiday Camp newsletters for
a “what to bring list”, program details,
pick up and drop off locations and contact
information. Camp newsletters are available
online one week in advance of your camp.

Before & After Camp
Pre-camp begins at 7:30am and includes
quiet games, crafts, colouring and circle
games. Post-camp finishes at 6:00pm and
includes active and quiet game options and
crafts as well as a snack at 5pm. Holiday
camp fee includes both pre- and post-camp.
Please note that there is no post-camp
care available on Dec 24th or Dec 31st. All
campers must be picked up by 4:30pm on
those days.
Camp Lunches
It is important to send your child with a
lunch as well as a morning and afternoon
snack each day…or make the holidays easy:
Adam’s Apple Café at Dovercourt is
offering up healthy and delicious camp
lunches during week 2 of Holiday Camps
(Dec. 28-31). Also available from December
28 to 31 will be Ozzie’s convenient take
home dinners. Bring home a lasagna or
braised beef ravioli, throw it in the oven
and voila! Dinner is served.

and delivering programs that are child-centered and reflect our values of
respect, diversity and inclusion. All of our staff are trained and certified in
High Five: Healthy Child Development and our programs are evaluated regularly

Christmas Holiday Camps
All camps available for registration by the day
or by the week and no two days will be the same!
Holiday Hoopla
Bring your holiday spirit for a full week of
festivities including sleigh rides and gift
hunts, then catch the Grinch for a Whoville
Hoedown. All activities are designed with a
balanced daily routine to keep kids on track
over the break.
New Year’s
Cheer
Countdown to New Year’s Eve with some
serious party practice. We’ll work on our
dance moves and practice our singing,
cheering, and decorating skills with a
different party theme each day.
Holiday Youth
Zone
Spend some time this holiday break in
the Youth Zone Clubhouse. Activities
are geared toward kids in grade 6 & 7
and include group challenges, outdoor
adventures, rock climbing and swimming.
Art Mix
Unleash your creative talents this holiday
with a mix of visual and performing arts
including drawing, pottery, photography
and improve games.
Gym & Swim
Stay active over the holiday break with a mix
of your favourite indoor sports, outdoor play
and lots of swimming.
