Area (m2) The biggest challenge in the project was creating livable spaces that were not very different from the users’ current living situations. Providing for existing tenements, while bringing in new users ensuring affordability and social inclusion and relocating them into a high-rise tower, it was important to heed their one demand- social interaction. This goal needed to be achieved without compromising on the fsi, build up or saleable area.
