And it’s not only in the open kitchen of awardwinning culinary maestro Avi Conforti that the fire burns hot: with their Asian influence, his colourful and exciting creations are a veritable explosion of flavours – one course after another! The ideal spot for anyone as hungry as a dragon – and there’s the restaurant’s own exclusive beer available to quench the fire! In his eatery at the heart of the White City chef de cuisine Meir Adoni delights guests with his innovative fusion cooking. The oriental influence is evident not only in the variety of intense flavours: as so often in Tel Aviv, socialising is all part of the experience here – dishes are shared.
