Dan Bärlocher, Head of Corporate Communications<br />
personnel, communication takes places primarily<br />
via digital channels. The “My <strong>SWISS</strong>” interactive<br />
news portal and app as well as the e-boards provide<br />
a platform for company and industry news, background<br />
reports and videos on a wide range of topics,<br />
as well as travel and lifestyle tips. In addition to<br />
these digital channels, the Internal Communications<br />
team also organises special events to promote<br />
face-to-face discussion between the members of<br />
our management board and <strong>SWISS</strong> staff in general.<br />
Commenting with enthusiasm, Reto Hoffmann<br />
points out: “We meet so many different people and<br />
cover so many subjects in the airline industry – our<br />
job is always immensely varied and interesting.”<br />
The Corporate Communications unit also includes<br />
the team responsible for editing our two in-flight<br />
magazines. We’ll introduce you to them in the next<br />
issue!<br />
