GQ Van Heusen to celebrate the most<br />
India, the ultimate authority in<br />
men’s style, hosted the 6th edition<br />
of the annual GQ Best-Dressed<br />
Men event in association with<br />
stylish men in the country. GQ India’s 50 Best-Dressed<br />
Men [<strong>2015</strong>] is a definitive list comprising India’s 50 sharply<br />
dressed men across industries. The men appear in no particular<br />
order, and are not ranked. The event was held at The Four<br />
Seasons, Mumbai, in partnership with Grey Goose & Rado,<br />
and saw the country’s most stylish men mingle with the swish<br />
set of the city.<br />
Commenting on the occasion, Che Kurrien, Editor, GQ India,<br />
said, “The Best-Dressed Men in India <strong>2015</strong> is our annual<br />
tribute to the razor-sharp set of individuals who combine flair,<br />
intelligence and innate style to set the country’s sartorial gold<br />
standard. Buoyed by the past success of the Best-Dressed<br />
franchise, we set our ambitions high for the sixth edition, and<br />
the result: a sleek 80-page book featuring The List, produced<br />
independently of the main issue for the first time. Not surprisingly,<br />
joining the ranks of these dapper gentlemen is Akshay<br />
Kumar, the cover star of our June issue, easily the fittest 47<br />
year old alive.” Further, talking about Ranveer Singh being on<br />
the style-special cover, he added, “The eccentric gentleman<br />
on the cover, Ranveer Singh, is a past winner of GQ’s Most<br />
Stylish Award, and a dude who wields his style like a deadly<br />
weapon. Always looking to push boundaries and experiment,<br />
he never takes himself too seriously – a trait that makes him<br />
arguably the most relevant actor today.”<br />
Power packed with Mumbai’s glitterati, the evening was charmed<br />
by Abhimanyu Alsisar, Aditi Rao Hydari, A D Singh, Akshay<br />
Kumar, Akshay Oberoi, Ali Fazal, Anil Kapoor, Anish Sood, Ar-<br />
