6.1.9 _SUB<br />

This object is used to supply OSPM with the device's Subsystem ID. The use of _SUB is optional.<br />

Arguments:<br />

None<br />

Return Value:<br />

A String containing the SUB<br />

A _SUB object evaluates to a string <strong>and</strong> the format must be a valid PNP or ACPI ID with no asterisk<br />

or other leading characters.<br />
