CARFARO
Family, Friends, & Fellow Design Enthusiasts,
Transitioning from Summer to Fall, and the change of season is refreshing -
so is the year we’ve had at Desiron. Looking back, we've had a number of
accomplishments: Winning New Jersey’s 2014 Manufacturer of the Year
Award and adding crisp new talent to our Marketing, Production and Sales
teams. We’ve worked incredibly hard to develop new products and finishes to
offer our clients the very best. This Third Issue of our Zine is just a taste of
what is to come - we hope you enjoy the revitalized content, updated
photography and most importantly, new product, as much as we do.

meet the TEAM
Jenna Palin
Jenna joined the Desiron team in 2007, selling custom furniture to the trade, while
later adopting the role of general sales manager in 2009. After receiving her
graduate degree in Interior Design at Virginia Commonwealth
University, she moved to NYC and began her career in the industry at Farrow
and Ball’s first US showroom. Jenna has a passion for modern, post-modern and
brutalist architecture and spends her free time antiquing and taking photographs.
Suzanne Woodrow
After joining the team in December 2014,
Suzanne has integrated herself in many
aspects of the business from Product
Management, Sales & Marketing to the
relaunch of Desiron.com. She began her
career as an Assistant Buyer in Chelsea
Passage for Barneys New York and has been
obsessed with Home Décor ever since.
Suzanne currently resides in NJ, loves the
beach and dining out in NYC.
Ron Melvin
Ron has been working in furniture and Interior Design for the
past 15 years. He has worked with Desiron in 2013 and has
been back with company since May 2015. His hobbies include
fitness, fine arts, travel, and spoiling his dogs Teddy & Tuxedo.
Kaitlin Kohlmann
Kaitlin earned her degree in Art History while attending Roanoke
College in Salem, Virginia. Shortly after, she began her career at
Sandra Morgan Interiors. Kaitlin currently resides in Long Island
City, NY and loves to play tennis!
Emily Grady
A self-proclaimed design
nerd, Emily made Desiron
her home in early 2015. A
former Floridian, she started
her career at Burberry, but
quickly realized her passion
for home interiors and made
the move to a high-end custom
hardware showroom for
a number of years before joining our team. When she's not
at work, you can find this Brooklynite painting or obsessing
over her cat, Duke.
Meghan
Fitzsimmons
With a Marketing degree from
Monmouth University, Meghan
takes care of Desiron branding and
marketing projects. Like most New
Jersey natives, she frequents the
beautiful local beaches as much as
she can, then takes it to the slopes in
the winter time.
