PJSC NCSP BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESOLVED<br />
On the 19 th of <strong>Oct</strong>ober <strong>2015</strong> the NCSP, part of the <strong>Summa</strong> <strong>Group</strong>’s board of directors, has approved<br />
a transaction to sell fifty thousand (50 000) global depositary receipts. This will certify the rights to<br />
ordinary shares of PJSC NCSP to NPC Zarubezneft, another subsidiary of PJSC NCSP.<br />

ELEKTROSEVKAVMONTAZH CELEBRATES 30 TH ANNIVERSARY<br />
Global Electro Service, a subsidiary of the <strong>Summa</strong> <strong>Group</strong>, is happy to announce the 30 th year<br />
anniversary of their subsidiary group, Elektrosevkavmontazh AK Corporation LLC. Founded in 1985,<br />
the company was started by the Fuel and Energy Ministry of the USSR with the aim to carry out<br />
electrical fitting works at power engineering construction sites.<br />
Over the past 3 decades, the company has<br />
evolved to expand their services, providing<br />
the highest quality assembly, repair and<br />
adjustment of electrical services, control<br />
equipment and instrumentation at CHP &<br />
NP plants, and substation modifications.<br />
ESKM LLC also manufactures and<br />
supplies versatile products for electrical<br />
engineering market. Rostov NPP,<br />
Novovoronezh NPP-2, Belarus NPP,<br />
Beloyarsk NPP and Bushehr NNP have all<br />
benefitted from electrical fitting and start<br />
up support by Elektrosevkavmontazh.<br />
