6.4.3.2. Adding Users<br />
To add a user double click the Add User icon. Doing this creates a user with the default name user1. Double clicking this user<br />
op<strong>en</strong>s the user editor docked at the bottom of the application.<br />
In the User Editor, set the user's name using the NAME text box and set the password using the PASSWORD text box. Assign<br />
one role or a number of roles to the user by selecting the desired roles from the text area on the right and th<strong>en</strong> clicking the < button.<br />
Roles may be revoked by moving them in the opposite direction.<br />
Right clicking a user op<strong>en</strong>s a pop-up m<strong>en</strong>u. These options function as described in Section 6.4.3.1, “Adding Roles”.<br />
6.4.4. SQL Scripts and Model Notes<br />
The two remaining panels on the MySQL Model page are SQL Scripts panel and the Model Notes panel.<br />
Use the SQL Scripts panel to load and modify SQL scripts. If you created your project from an SQL script and plan to create<br />
an ALTER script, you may want to add the original script here. since it will be needed in order to create an ALTER script. For more<br />
information, see Section 16.1.2, “Altering a Schema”.<br />
Use the Model Notes panel to write project notes. Any scripts or notes added will be saved with your project.<br />
6.5. An EER Diagram Canvas<br />
EER diagrams are created by double clicking the Add Diagram icon. You may create any number of EER diagrams just as you<br />
may create any number of physical schemata. Each EER diagram shows as a tab below the toolbar; a specific EER diagram is selected<br />
by clicking its tab.<br />
Clicking an EER diagram tab navigates to the canvas used for graphically manipulating database objects. On the left side of this<br />
page is the Vertical Toolbar.<br />
