The two age groups are the Keetoners (middle and high school singers) and the Majors/Minors ( kindergarten thru fourth grade). The groups often perform together, en masse and perform locally in parades, community events, the Governor’s home in Dover, hospitals, assisted living homes, ringing for Salvation Army, the Shorebirds and have been part of the Sea Witch Festival since 2001. The Keetoners sang the National Anthem for the Philadelphia Phillies in August, 2015. British Invasion Experience Saturday, October 24th • 3:15-4:45PM The British Invasion Experience dedicates the first half of their show paying tribute to the Beatles, from their introduction on the Ed Sullivan show through their career to the roof top of Abbey Road Studios. Then experience the explosion of well known hits from other British groups such as The Dave Clark Five, Herman’s Hermits, The Hollies, The Yard Birds, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, and The Who, ending with the psychedelic era of such groups as Cream and Pink Floyd. Inspired by these music icons, the members of The British Invasion Experience are dedicated to engaging their audiences as they flashback to the British groups of the 60’s era, and how they have impacted music and our culture as we know it today. Described as “swing with sting,” NSX’s style is a raucous modernization of multiple influences all rooted in the big bands of the 1930s and 1940s.
