and better than ever! This special day is packed

chili the West Coast has to offer from cooks in the Western Regional Chili
Cookoff and Salsa Contest held in the infield. Then stick around after the
races for a free concert featuring Del Mar’s favorite alternative rockers –
Weezer – on the Seaside Stage.
COUNTING CROWS CONCERT & GRILL FEST
Saturday, August 9 – Purchase sample-size grill tastings from over 40
professional cooks beginning at noon. BBQ, seafood, veggies and desserts
all will be delectably grilled and served throughout the day. Following the
races is a free concert featuring the first Del Mar appearance of the venerable
