of the triplicates of the declaration of foundatiou
of the "Coopérative d'Électricité de Johnville"
under date the 9th day of October, 1945, whereof
the head office is at Johnville, in the counties of
Compton and Sherbrooke, and that the said
document has been filed in the archives of tlie
Department of the Provincial Secretary.
