et que ce document a été déposé dans les
archives du Secrétariat de la Province.

copy of the original of the declaration of foundation

Félix" umler tlate the 28th day of December,
1945, whereof the head office is at Saint-Félix-de-
Kinsgey, county of Drummond, and that the
•aid document has been tiled in the archives of
the Department of the Provincial Secretary.

Qu'il soit décrété et il est, par les présentes, décrété
comme un règlement de la compagnie Dalglish
(Quebec) Limited (ci-après nommée "la
compagnie") ce qui suit:
1° Que le nombre des membres du bureau
de direction de la compagnie .soit et il est, par
les présentes, augmenté de cinq à six.
2° Que le quorum du bureau tie direction tie la
compagnie est, par les présentes, fixé ù quatre.
3° Que l'article 1 du règlement trois soit et il
est, par les présentes, amendé en y rayant le mot
et le chiffre "trois" "3" et en y substituant le
mot et le chiffre "six" "6".
Décrété ce lOièmc jour d'octobre 1945.

Be it enacted and it is hereby enacted as a
by-law of Dalglish (Quebec) Limited (hereinafter
called "the Company") us follows:
1. The number of the Boartl of Directors of the
Company lie and it is hereby increased from five
to six.
2. The quorum of the Board of Directors of
the Company is hereby fixed at four.
3. Article 1 of By-Law three be and the same
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
word ami figure "there" "3" and substituting
therefor the word and figure "six" "6".
Enacted this 10th day of October 1945.

compagnies de Québec.
Donné au bureau du Secrétaire de la Province,
le 15 janvier 1946.

The formation of an association under the
name of "Le Syndicat de l'U.C.C. de St-Andréd'Argenteuil",
for the study, defence and promotion
of the economic, social and moral interests
of the profession, has been authorized by
the Provincial Secretary on December twentyseventh,
1945.
The principal place of business of the said
professional syndicate is at Saint-André Est,
district of Terrebonne.

Notice is hereby given that, by Order in
Council dated January 10th, 1946, the By-laws
comprising articles 1 to 19, inclusively, of the
"Quebec Industrial Relations Institute", were
approved, pursuant to the provisions of Section
225 of the Quebec Companies Act.
Given at the office of the Provincial Secretary,
this 15th day of January, 1946.
