Que le règlement X° 8 des règlements de la
compagnie soit révoqué et remplacé par le suivant:
Les affaires de la compagnie seront administrées
par un bureau de direction de quatre directeurs.

Directors and Officers, and their duties
Tliat By-lajw No. 3 of the By-laws of the Company
be repealed and replaced by the following:
The affairs of the Company shall be munuged
by a Board of four Directors.
There shall be a President, one of more Vice-
Presidents, a Secretary-Treasurer and such other
officers as the Board of Directors may determine.
One person may hold more than one office.

I'n règlement pour augmenter le nombre des A by-law to increase the number of Directors
directeurs de la compagnie ci-dessus de trois of the above Company from three to four,
à quatre.
Attendu que par lettres patentes constituant
la compagnie en corporation en vertu de la première
partie de la Loi des compagnies de Québec,
le nombre des directeurs de la compagnie a été
lixé à trois;
Et attendu qu'il est considéré désirable d'augmenter
le nombre des directeurs de la compagnie
île trois à quatre;
En conséquence, la compagnie "Deckelbaum
Textile Co. Ltd.", par ses directeurs, décrète
que le nombre des directeurs de la compagnie
soit et il est, par les préscnes, changé de trois à
quatre.

Avis est par les présentes donné que l'Honorable
Secrétaire de la Province a dûment reçu le
troisième original de la déclaration de fondation
du syndicat coopératif "La Fraternelle de Québec",
en date du 15 décembre 1945, dont le siège
social est à Québec, district de Québec, et que ce
document a été déposé dans les archives du Secrétariat
de la Province.
Donné au bureau du Secrétaire de la Province,
le 27 décembre 1945.

Whereas by Letters Patent incorporating the
Company under Part I of the Quebec- Companies'
Act the number of Directors of the Company
was fixed at three;
And whereas it is considered desirable to
increase the number of the Company's Directors
from three to four;
Therefore, "Deckelbaum Textile Co. Ltd.,"
by the Directors thereof enacts that the number
of the Company's Directors be and is hereby
changed from three to four.

Provincial Secretary lias duly received the third
copy of the original of the declaration of foundation
of the cooperative syndicate "La Fraternelle
de Québec", under date the fifteenth day of December,
1935, whereof the head office is at Quebec,
district of Quebec, and that the said document
has been filed in the archives of the department
of the Provincial Secretary.
Given at the office of the Provincial Secretary,
this twenty-seventh day of December, 1945.

name of "Le Syndicat de l'U.C.C. de Stanstead",
for the study defence and promotion of the economic,
social dand moral interests of the profession,
has been authorized by the Provincial Secretary
on December twenty-seventh, 1945.
The principal place of business of the said professional
syndicate is at Stanstead, district of
St. Francis.
