the Quebec Companies Act, letters patent have
been issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of
the Province of Quebec, bearing date the thirtieth
day of November, 1945, incorporating'

Aline Fortin, secretary, wife separate as to property

Gilbert, and duly authorized by him for the pur

for the following purposes*
To carry on business as merchant, importer and
exporter of and wholesale ami retail dealer in
petrol or gasoline, oils and grease of all kinds'
lubricants and anti-free se of all sorts, coal, coke,
wood and fuel of all KINDS and descriptions, as
well as their products and by-products and also

and electric accessories of all kinds, under the
name of "The Dyna-Flo Oil Limited", with a
total capital stock of $20,000, divided into 200
common shares of $100 each.
