Notice is hereby given that under Part I of tlie
Quebec Companies' Act, letters patent have been
issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province
of Quebec, bearing date the fourth day of
December, 1945, incorporating: Harry Lyon Colle
agent. Grace Beatrice Colle, executive, wife separate
as to property of Harry Lyon Colle, and duly
authorized by him, Moses Hyman Myerson,
advocate, all of the City and District of Montreal.
Province of Quebec, for the following purposes:
To acquire by purchase, ami to dispose of.
sell, hypothecate, or alienate the following immovables,
namely, land situated in the incorporated
village of Côte Des Neiges, now Mount Royal
Ward, «lesignated as Cadastral N°, P 01, being
both sides Linton Ave. from west sitle Hudson
Doussiu Ave. to about one hundred and ten (110)
feet west of Decelles Ave. and further bounded
to the northwest with the rear lots fronting on
Van Horne Ave. and further bounded on the
southwest side by Cadastral No. P 58-E, which
above mentioned immovable comprises superficies
of 500,000 square feet, as well as the above mentioned
Cadastral No. P 5S-E situated in the incor
poraled village: of Côte Des Neiges, immediately
adjoining the shove mentioned immovable and
hou ni led by Cadastral No. P til to the northwest,
ami to the southeast by one half of Ellendale
Ave. to the east by Hudson Ave. and to the
west by one half of Gatineau Ave. with a superficies
