telle autre chambre à laquelle les parties pourront
être référées, sujet aux eliarges, clauses et conditions

déposé au bureau du Protonotaire de la Cour

Lachine, with the buildings thereon erected, and
more particularly the houses bearing the civic
numbers 414, 4life and 416 of the sai«l St-Joseph
Street in Lachine.
The above described immoveable will be put
up for auction and will be adjudged to the highest
and last bidder on February 21st, 1946, at half
past ten o'clock in the forenoon, in Room No. 31
of the Court House, in the City of Montreal,
or in such other room that the parties may be
referred to, subject to the charges, clauses ami
conditions indicated in the book or list of charges
deposited at the office of the Prothonotary of the
Superior Court (or the District of Montreal;
and all opposition to annul, to secure charges or
to withdraw to the said licitation must lie deposited
at the office of the said Prothonotary of
the Superior Court at least twelve (12) days
before the day fixed as above mentioned for the
said sale and adjudication and all oppositions
to payment sliall be deposited within six (6)
days after the adjudication; in default of the
parties so producing the sai«l oppositions within
the sai«l delays prescribed above, their right to
do so will be foreclosed.
A deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars
($1,500) must be made by each bidder with
every bi«l.
