Jules Côté, Gilbert MacMillan, commissaires et Alphonse Savoie, secrétaire. Après avoir considéré les conditions de l'industrie laitière dans la région de Trois-Pistoles; LA COMMISSION DÉCRÈTE CE QUI SUIT: 1. La présente ordonnance s'applique à toute personne qui, directement ou indirectement, vend ou livre du lait dans les limites de la région de Trois-Pistoles. 2. La région de Trois-Pistoles comprend la ville de Trois-Pistoles. 3. Tout marchand de lait cru doit payer directement à ses fournisseurs-producteurs, pour chaque cent livres de lait qu'il reçoit de ceux-ci, $2.55 net F.A.B. la place d'affaires dudit marchand. 4. Tout marchand de lait pasteurisé doit payer directement à ses fournisseurs-producteurs, pour chaque cent livres de lait qu'il reçoit de ceux-ci, $2.40 net F.A.B. la place d'affaires dudit marchand. 5. Nul ne peut, dans les limites de ladite région de Trois-Pistoles, offrir, vendre ou livrer à domicile du lait embouteillé à des prix inférieurs à six sous la chopine et onze sous la pinte. 6. Nul ne peut, dans les limites de ladite région de Trois-Pistoles, offrir, vendre ou livrer du lait en bouteille à une épicerie, à un restaurant, à un marchand ou à tout autre établissement de commerce, à un prix inférieur à cinq sous et demi la chopine et dix sous la pinte. 7. Nul ne peut offrir, vendre ou livrer du lait en bidon à des prix inférieurs à quarante sous le gallon. Meeting of Friday, January 11th, 1946, held in the office of the Dairy Industry Commission, in Montreal, at 10 o'clock in the morning. Present: Messrs. Jules Côté and Gilbert Mac Millan, Commissioners, and Alphonse Savoie, secretary. Considering the conditions of the dairy industry within the region of Trois-Pistoles; IT IS ENACTED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The present order is applied to any person who, directly or indirectly, sells or delivers milk within the limits of the region of Trois-Pistoles. 2. The region of Trois-Pistoles includes the town of Trois-Pistoles. 3. Any raw-milk dealer must pay directly to his producer-suppliers, for each hundred pounds of milk which he receives from them, $2.55 net F.O.B. business place of said dealer. 4. Any pasteurized-milk dealer must pay directly to his producer-suppliers, for each hundred pounds of milk which he receives from them, $2.40 net F.O.B. business place of said dealer. 5. No person shall, within the limits of said region of Trois-Pistoles, offer, sell or deliver bottled milk at home at prices inferior to six ce,nts a pint and eleven cents a quart. 6. No person shall, within the limits of said region of Trois-Pistoles, offer, sell of deliver bottled milk to a grocery, a restaurant, a dealer or to any other business establishment, at a price inferior to five and a half cents a pint and ten cents a quart. 7. No person shall sell or deliver milk in bulk at prices inferior to forty cents a gallon.
