officielle de Québec.

4. In subsection "c" of section VII, the words
"0.75c per hour" will l>c replaced by: "0.80d an
hour".
5. The following section VII-A will IK- added:
"VII-A. General increase in actual wages: Notwithstanding
the provisions of section VII:
(a) From the effective date of this amendment
decree, every permanent (regular) employee
shall be entitled to a minimum 83.00-uweck
increase.
(6) As of September 15. 1907, every permanent
(regular) employee shall IK* entitled to
a minimum S2.00-a-week increase.
Publication of this notice does not make binding
the provisions therein. Such provisions,
with or without amendments, can l>c made binding
only by an Order in Council, which comes
into force on the «late of its publication in the
Quebec Official Gazette.
During the thirty days following publication
«>f this notice in the Quebec official Gazette, the
Honourable Minister of Labour will consider ofjections
which interested parties may wish t«>
make: objections should IK- submitted in duplicate
if possible.
