Avis de révocation de droits di mine Notice of révocation of Mining Rights
Conformément aux articles 200b. 207 et 208
de la Loi des Mines (S.Q. 1905. chap. 34) permettant
au lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil de
révoquer les droits de mine compris dans les
concessions de terre faites dans un canton avant
le 24 juillet 1880, lorqu'aucune exploitation ou
exploration minière n'y a été faite par le propriétaire
ou pour son compte durant les 10 années prêtre
dant la date de la première publication des présentes,
avis est donné aux propriétaires de droits
de mine des terrains ci-après mentionnés, «pi'après
lin délai de 90 jour» de la dernière publication des
présentes, le ministre des Richesses naturelles
en recommandera au lieutenant-gouverneur en
conseil la révocation quant aux droits de mine:
Rang VIII. lots 22 et 23.
