9. In section 0:00, the words "Epiphany Day"
are deleted.
10. Subsection 0.01 is replaced by the follow
ing:
"0.01 Annual location with pan: All construction
workers are entitled to one week's vacation
with pay. Therefore, each employee is entitled
to receive vacation pay equal to 5% of his
weekly salary and to l>e paid him by the employer
in addition to the said weekly salary.
From April 1, 1067, vacation pay will be equal
to 0% of the weekly salary."
11. Subsection 7.01 is superseded by tinfollowing:
"7.01 When employers request the signing of
a hiring contract, they shall supply a copy
thereof whenever employees so request."
12. Subsection 8.01 is deleted.
13. Subsection 9.10 is replaced by the following:
"9.10 Apprentices' wage rates: Minimum hourly
wage rates are as follows:
