2° Les paragraphes 1.20 et 1.21 sont remplacés

« 1.20 Le terme « travail supplémentaire »
désigne tout travail exécuté en dehors des heures
de travail mentionnées à l'article 5.00.
1.21 Le terme « monteur d'appareils de levage
» désigne toute personne dont le travail, distinct
du montage de l'acier de construction, se
limite et consiste à:
1. faire le montage des agrès de levage, y compris
le déplacement de la machinerie et le montage
d'échafaudages en métal;
2. monter et équiper des gues mobiles ou non,
I* tout sous la direction d'un contremaître;
3. accrocher la charge, grimper, faire les raccords
appropriés et donner les signaux au conducteur
de l'appareil. »
3° Les paragraphes 1.29, 1.30, 1.31 et 1.32
sont biffés.
1° Les paragraphes 2.02 et 2.05 sont biffés.
5° Le paragraphe 3.01 est remplacé par le suivant
:
« 3.01 Aux fins d'application du présent décret,
ce champ d'application territorial est divisé
en trois (3) zones de la façon suivante:
Zone I: La ville de Rimouski, les municipalités
de Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur, Rimouski-
Ouest (Ste-Odile), Rimouski-Est (St-Yves), Pointe-au-Père
et l'Ile St-Barnabé.
Zone II: Les villes de Mont-Joli et de Matane
ainsi que la municipalité de Price, comté de
Matane.
Zone III: Le territoire non compris dans les
autres zones.
Zone IV: Les districts électoraux de Gaspé-
Xord, Gaspé-Sud et Bona venture.
Cependant, à compter du 1er mai 1968, il n'y
aura plus que trois (3) zones et, à cette fin,
l'alinéa ci-dessus intitulé « Zone IV » sera biffé. »
6° L'article 4.00 est remplacé par le suivant:
« 4.00 Taux de salaires: Les taux minimaux suivants
doivent être payés:

1.21 The word "rigger" means any person
whose work, which is distinct from structural
steel erection, entails only the following duties:

2. Erection and installation of cranes, mobile
or not, under the directions of a foreman;
3. Tie the loads, climb, make the appropriate
connections, and signal the machine Operator."
3. Subsections 1.29, 1.30, 1.31 and 132 are
deleted.
4. Subsections 2.02 and 2.05 arc deleted.
5. Subsection 3.01 is replaced by the following:
"3.01 For the purposes of the present decree,
this territorial jurisdiction is divided into three
(3) zones, as follows:
Zone I: The city of Rimouski, the municiplaities
of Notre-Dmne du Sacré-Coeur. Rimouski-Wcst
(Ste. Odile). Rimouski-East (St.
Yves), Pointe-au-Père ami Ile St. Barnabe.
Zone II: The towns of Mont-Joli and Matane
as well as the municipality of Price (Matane
county).
ZotU III: The territory not included in the
other zones.
Zone IV: The electoral districts of Gaspc-
Nortb, Gaspé-South and Bonaventure.
However, from May 1, 196S, there shall be
only three (3) zones, and, consequently, the
alxive sub-paragraph entitled "Zone IV" will
