CONCERNANT des modifications au décret relatif
à l'industrie et aux métiers de la construction
dans la région de Rimouski.
ATTENDU QUE, conformément aux dispositions
de la Loi des décrets de convention collective
(Statuts refondus du Québec, 1964, chapitre 143),
les parties contractantes à la convention collective
de travail rendue obligatoire par le décret
numéro 1203 du 17 juin 1964 et amendements,
relatif à l'industrie et aux métiers de la construction
dans la région de Rimouski, ont présenté au
Ministre du Travail une requête à l'effet de
soumettre à l'appréciation et à la décision du lieutenant-gouverneur
en conseil certaines modifications
audit décret;
ATTENDU QUE ladite requête a été publiée
dans la Gazette officielle de Québec, édition du 21
mai 1966;
ATTENDU Qu'aucune objection n'a été formulée
contre l'approbation des modifications proposées;
IL EST ORDONNÉ, en conséquence, sur la proposition
de l'honorable Ministre du Travail:
QUE ledit décret numéro 1203, soit modifié
comme suit:
1° L'énumération des parties contractantes
est remplacée par la suivante:
« L'Association des Constructeurs du Bas St-
Laurent Inc. ;
La Corporation des Maîtres-Électriciens du
Québec (Section de Rimouski),
D'UNE PART, ET
Le Syndicat national des métiers de la Construction
de Rimouski Inc.;
Le Syndicat national des métiers de la construction
de la Gaspésie,

CONCERNING amendments to the decree pesa
pceting the Construction Industry and Tradein
the Rimouski district.
W H E R E A S pursuant to the provisions of the
Collective Agreement Decrees Act (Revised
Statutes of Quelle. 1901. chapter 143). the
contracting parties to the collective labour
agreement made binding by decree numl>er 1203
of June 17. 1904. and amendments, respecting
the Construction Industry and Trades in the
Rimouski district, have petitioned the Minister
of Labour to submit certain amendments to the
said decree to the consideration and decision of
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council;
WHEREAS the said petition was published in
the Quebec Official Gazette of May 21. 1960;
WHEREAS no objection was raised against
the approval of the proposed amendments;
IT IS ORDAINED, therefore, UPON the recommendation
of the Honourable Minister "I
