tenders, endorsed "Tenders for Bonds" will he
received by the undersigned Ernest Dolbec,

town of St-Luc. county of St-John's, P.Q., until
8:00 o'clock p.m., Tueasday, August 10, 1066
for the purchase of an issue of $110,000 of bonds
for the town of St-Luc, county ec, «le la
banque dont le nom est mentionné dans la
procédure d'emprunt, ainsi qu'au bureau principal
de ladite banque à Toronto.
Lesdites obligations ne seront pas rachetables
par anticipation.
Chaque soumission devra être accompagnée
d'un chèque accepté égal à 1% du montant «le
l'emprunt et devra spécifier si le prix offert comprend
ou ne comprend pas les intérêts courus
sur les obligations au moment de leur livraison.
Les soumissions seront ouvertes et considérées
à une séance du conseil qui sera tenue mardi, le

The successful tenderer agrees to pay for the
bonds, principal and accrued interest, if any.
by certified cheque payable at par at St-John.
Capital ami interest are payable at all branches
in the province of Queliec of the bank
mentioned in the loan procedure, as well as at
the principal office of the said bank in Toronto.
The said bonds will not be redeemable by
anticipation.
Each tender must lx? accompanied by a certified
cheque equal to 1% «>f the amount of the present
issue and must specify whether interest accrued
on the bonds to the «late of their delivery is
included or not in the price of the tender.
