(2944-1) of the same cadaster, on the west
by the other part «>f the said lot, and on the east
by another lot, with ami subject to the right
of way according to registered deed.

and dependencies, measuring eighteen feet

end of the depth, which is about fifty-two feet

number two thousand nine hundred ami fortyfour
(2944-1) of the same cadaster, on the east
by another part of the said l«>t, and on the west,
by lot number two thousand nine hundred and
forty-three (2943) and by Ferlaml Street, with and
subject to right of way according to registered deed.
As the whole is presently, with the active and
passive servitudes, without exception nor reserve".
