CONCBRNINQ amendments of the decree relating
t«> the women's ami children's headwear
industry in the province of Quebec.
WIIKHKAS. pursuant to the provisions of the
Collective Agreement Act (Revised Statutes of
Quebec 1941. chapter 163 ami amendments), the
contracting parties to the collective labour
agreement relating t«> the women's and children's
headwear industry in the province of Quebec,
rendered obligatory by the decree number 142
of January 22. 1947 and amendments, have
petitioned the Minister of Labour to submit to
the consideration ami decision «>f the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council some amendments to the
sai«l decree;
WIIKHKAS no objection has been made against
the approval of the proposed amendments;
IT IS OKDKKKD. therefore, upon the recommendation
of the Honourable the Minister of
Labour;
THAT the said «lecree, number 142, be amended
as follows:
1. Paragraph "a-1" of article III is replaced
by the following:
"III. Minimum icages: a-I) The minimum
wage rates shall be as follows in each of the
following trades (crafts) :
