1° L'article III est remplacé par le suivant :

Rivière-du-Loup, les municipalités de Notre-
Dame du Portage et de St-Antonin «lu comté de
Rivière-du-Loup), Témlscouata, Rimouski. Matane,
Matapédia, Gaspé-Nord, Gaspé-Sud et
Bonaventure,
Au* lins d'application «lu décret, cette juridiction
territoriale est divisée en quatre 11) zones
de lu façon suivante:
Zone I: La ville de Rimouski, les municipalités
di Notre-Dame du Sacré-Cœur, Rimouski-
Ouest (Ste-Odile), Rimouski-Kst (St-Yves), Poin-
!, «U l'ère et l'Ile St-Baruabé.
'/.mie 11: Les villes de M ont;-Joli et de Matane
ainsi que la municipalité de Price, comté «le
Matane.
Zone III: Le territoire non compris duns les
antres zones.
/.mie IV: Les districts électoraux de Gaspé-
Nord, Gaspé-Sud et Bonaventure ».
À l'article IV, les taux minima de salaires
suivants sont ajoutés pour la nouvelle zone IY:
WHKKEAS the petition has been published in
the Quebec Official Gazette, issue of July 22, 1961 ;
WHKHKAS no objection has been made against
the approval of the proposed amendments;
IT is OR DISKED, therefore, upon the recommendation
of the Honourable the Minister of
Labour:
THAT the said decree, number S02, be amended
as follows:
1. Article III is replaced by the following:
"III. Territorial jurisdiction: The territorial
jurisdiction of the decree shall comprise the
electoral districts of Rivièrc-du-Loup (with the
exception of the city of Hivière-du-Loiip, the
municipalities of Notre-Dame du Portage and of
St Antonio of the county of Uivicre-du-I^oup).
Téiniscoiiata. Rimouski. Matane. Matapédia,
(iaspé-North. ( iaspé-Soutli ami Bonaventure.
For the purposes of enforcement of the decree,
this territorial jurisdiction is divided into four (4)
zones as follows:
Zone I: The town of Rimouski. the municipalities
of Notre-Dame «lu Sucrc-(rur, Rimouski-Oucsi
(Ste-Odile), Rimouski Est (Sl-
Yves), Pointe-au-Père and St-Barnabe Islam!.
Zone II: The towns of Mont-Joli and Matane
and the municipality of Price (county of Matane).
Zone 111: The territory not included in the
other /ones.
Zone IV: The electoral districts of (iaspé-
North. (iaspc-South and Bona vent lire."
2. In article IY. the following minimum rates
of wages are added for the new zone IV:
