Notice is hereby given that under Part III of
the Quebec Companies Act, letters patent have
been issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of the
Province of Quebec, bearing «late the 10th day
of July, 1901, to incorporate as a corporation
without share capital: Roger Boucher, Gérard
Daigle, professors, and Miss Thérèse Plante,
teacher, all of Saint-Hyacinthe, for the following
purposes:
To own and manage an independent secondary
school, under the name of "Institut Secondaire
Bourjoly Inc.".
