(d) Upon agreement between the employer<br />

and the employees concerned and with the<br />

il is permissib<strong>le</strong> to replace all time lost through<br />

Unemployment all holidays not mentioned in<br />

this section by an equiva<strong>le</strong>nt number of hours of<br />

work remunerated at the regular rate, during one<br />

or more days mutually agreed upon.<br />

(e) To l>e entit<strong>le</strong>d to these paid <strong>le</strong>gal holidays<br />

provided for in subsection "6 above, any new<br />

employee must have worked for the employer<br />

consented for an entire period of thirty (30) days.<br />
