1° De la partie sud du lot numéro neuf cent
quarante-six (P. S. 946) aux plan et livre de
renvoi officiels du canton de Chatham, contenant
environ cent acres en superficie, bornée par
la partie nord dudit lot N° 946 appartenant à
Léon Fournier ou représentants, au sud par les
terrains du neuvième rang, à l'est par le lot
N° 943 appartenant à Reginald H. Morrow et à
l'ouest par le lot N° 947; à déduire, cette portion
vendue à Robert Watson par acte enregistré
sous le numéro 52690;
2° Du lot numéro neuf cent quarante-sept
(N° 947) aux plan et livre de renvoi officiels du
canton de Chatham; à déduire desdits lots 946
et 947 les portions suivantes;
a) Toute cette portion située au sud du chemin
numéro 31, se terminant en pointe aux deux
extrémités est,et ouest et bornée au sud par la
ferme de William Morrow, telle que réservée
dans un acte de vente par Austin Morrow passé
devant Mtre Gaétan Valois, notaire, le trentième
jour de mars dix-neuf cent quarante-six et enregistré
sous le numéro 60880;
b) Cette partie située du côté nord du chemin
numéro 31, allant de l'est à l'ouest; le coin sudouest
dudit lot réservée par les présentes commence
à une distance de six cent trente (630)
pieds de la ligne separative entre les lots 947
et 948, de là, en suivant une direction nord est
jusqu'à un point situé à onze cent quarantecinq
pieds (1145) au nord dudit chemin; de là
dans une direction sud jusqu'à un point du
chemin situé à douze cent quarante pieds (1240)
du point de départ; le tout tel que clôturé présentement
et borné au sud par ledit chemin et
de tous les autres côtés par le résidu des lots
947 et 946;
c) Cette partie du lot N° 947 mesurant cent
pieds de largeur par cent pieds de profondeur,
mesure anglaise, plus ou moins vendue à Ernest
J. Houghton par acte enregistré au bureau d'enregistrement
du comté d'Argenteuil sous le
X° 73340;
d) Cette partie des lots Nos 946 et 947 vendue
à Sa Majesté le Roi par acte passé devant Mtre
•l.-E. Beaudoin, notaire, le septième jour de
février dernier (1952) et enregistré à Argenteuil
sous le N° 72916;
3° Des lots numéros neuf cent quarante-huit,
neuf cent quarante-neuf et neuf cent cinquante
et un (Nos 948, 949 et 951), aux plan et livre de
renvoi officiels du canton de Chathan, moins
cette partie du lot N° 948 vendue à Sa Majesté
le Roi par acte enregistré tel que susdit sous le
X° 72916;
4° Du lot numéro neuf cent cinquante (N°
950) auxdits plan et livre de renvoi officiels du
canton de Chatham;
5° Du lot numéro neuf cent quatre-vingtdix-sept
(N° 997) des plan et livre de renvoi
officiels du canton de Chatham; tel que le tout
se trouve présentement, avec toutes les servitudes
actives et passives de passage créées en faveur «le
M. Houghton par acte enregistré tel que susdit
sous le N° 73340".
Pour être vendue à la porte du Bureau de
Poste de Dalesville, comté d'Argenteuil, SA­
MEDI le TROIS AOUT 1957, à DIX heures

Le Shérif,
1. Of the south part of lot number nine hundred
and forty-six (S. Pt. 946) on the official
plan «and book of reference of the township of
Chatham, containing about one hundred acres
in superficies; bounded on the north part of the
said lot No. 946 belonging to Léon Fournier or
representatives; on the south by the lands of the
Ninth range on east by lot No. 943 belonging to
Reginald H. Morrow, and on the west by lot
No. 947; to be deducted that portion sold to
Robert Watson by deed registered under number
52690;
2° Of lot number nine hundred and fortyseven
(No. 947) on the official plan and book of
reference of the township of Chatham; to be
deducted from the said lots 946 and 947 the
following portions;
a) All that portion lying south of the highway
number 31, finishing in a point at both ends, east
and bounded south by William Morrow's farm,
as reserved in a deed of sale by Austin Morrow,
executed before Mtre Gaétan Valois, notary,
on the thirtieth day of March, nineteen hundred
and forty-six registered under number 60880;
b) That part lying on the north side of highway
number 31, running from east to west; the
south western comer of the said lot hereby
reserved starts at a distance of six hundred and
thirty (630) feet from the division line between
lots 947 and 948 then follows a north-eastern
direction to a point situate at the one thousand
one hundred and forty-feet (1145) north of the
said highway; then to a south-direction to a
point of the road situate one thousand two
hundred and forty (1240) feet from the point
of commencement; the whole as presently
fenced, in and bounded south by the said highway
and on all the other sides by the remaining part
of the lots 947 and 946;
c) That part of lot No. 947, measuring one
hundred feet in width by one hundred feet in
depth, English measure, or more or less, sold to
Ernest J. Houghton, by deed registered in the
registerv office of the county of Argenteuil under
No. 73340;
d) That part of lots Nos 940 and 947 sold to
his Majesty the King, by deed passed before Me
J.-E. Beaudoin, notary, on the seventh day of
February last (1952) registered at Argenteuil,
under No. 72916;
3. Of lots numbers nine hundred and fortyeight,
nine hundred and forty-nine, and nine
hundred and fifty-one (Nos 948, 949 and 951),
on the official plan and book of reference of the
township of Chatham, less such part of lot No.
948 sold to His Majesty the King by deed registered
as aforesaid under No. 72916;
4. Of lot number nine hundred «and fifty,
(No. 950) on the said official plan and book of
reference of the township of Chatham;
5. Of lot number nine hundred and ninetyseven
(No. 997) of the official plan and book of
reference of the township of Chatham; as the
whole now subsits, with all the active and passive
servitude of passage created in favor of Mr
Houghton by the deed registered as aforesaid
under No. 73340".
To be sold at the Post Office door of Dalesville,
countv of Argenteuil on SATURDAY the
THIRD day of AUGUST, 1957, at TEN o'clock
in the forenoon.
