Department for the widening of the St-Pierre
route; which plot of land is presently bounded on
the west by the St. Pierre route, on the north
and on the east, by (iérard Delagrave, on the
south, by Gerard Delagrave, albeit a line situated
at a distance of three hundred and forty-six
feet of the road Coteau Nord; this emplacement
being known and designated as forming part of
lot number twenty (Pt. 20) of the official cadaster
of the parish of St. Pierre, county of Montmagny;
as the whole is presently to be found,
with all the buildings thereon erected, circumstances
and dependencies."
