de Chester as being numbers two hundred and
twenty-one, two hundred and twenty and the
northwesterly third of number two hundred and
nineteen, with buildings and dependencies,
bounded at each and by the range string, southeasterly
by Léonidas Hamel and northwesterly
by Gustave Grenier;
2. A farm containing some six arpents and a
half in width, by the depth of the range,
designated on the official cadastre of St. Paul
de Chester under numbers- two hundred and
seventy-three and two hundred and seventyfour,
with buildings erected thereon;
3. A parcel of land containing an area four
acres, designated on the official cadastre of St.
Paul de Chester as being a part of number
two hundred and seventy-two, bordering, northwesterly,
the land previously designated by a
straight line and on all other sides by the River
Blanche forming a curved line inclosing the said
parcel of land."
