Un emplacement situé en la paroisse de
Laprairie, comté de Laprairie, en la Concession
Grande Coulée, connu et désigné comme faisant
partie du lot numéro cinq cent cinquante-huit
(ptie 558) des plan et livre de renvoi officiels de
la paroisse de Laprairie, mesurant. cinquante
pieds de largeur par cent pieds de profondeur,
mesure anglaise et plus ou moms, à prendre
dans la ligne sud-ouest dudit lot à une distance
de cent cinquante pieds du chemin public, et
borné comme suit: en profondeur du côté sudouest
par la terre de J.-M. Germain, connue sous
le numéro 559 dudit cadastre; en front du côté
nord-est par la lisière de terrain ci-après décrite,
qui doit servir de passage pour communiquer
tant au fleuve St-Laurent qu'au chemin public;
d'un côté à l'ouest par partie du même lot vendue
à Oscar Poirier; et à l'est par partie également
du même lot vendue à J. O. Boudreau;
Avec droit de passage à perpétuité, à pied ou
en voitures, pour communiquer du terrain présentement
vendu tant au fleuve St-Laurent qu'au
chemin public, sur cette lisière de terrain mesurant
environ vingt pieds de largeur, et qui fait
partie du même lot numéro 558 immédiatement
attenante en front au terrain présentement vendu
et qui conduit au fleuve St-Laurent au chemin
public, aux charges ordinaires d'entretien.
Avec la maison et dépendances construites sur
ledit emplacement. .
Ainsi que le tout se trouve actuellement, avec
les servitudes actives et passives, apparentes ou
occultes, attachées audit immeuble.
L'immeuble ci-dessus désigné sera mis à
l'enchère et adjugé au plus offrant et dernier
enchérisseur, le VINGT AOÛT 1957, à DIX
heures et TRENTE de Pavant-midi, à la salle
d'audience N° 31 au Palais de Justice de Montréal
ou à toute autre salle, tel que requis par
les circonstances, sujet aux charges, clauses
et conditions indiquées dans le cahier des charges
déposé au greffe du Protonotaire de la Cour
supérieure, et. toute opposition afin d'annuler,
afin de charge, ou afin de distraire à ladite licitation
devra être déposée au greffe du Protonotaire
de ladite Cour au moins 12 jours avant le
jour fixé comme susdit pour la vente et adjudication
et toute opposition afin de conserver devra
être déposée dans les 6 jours après l'adjudication;
et à défaut par les parties de déposer lesdites
oppositions dans les délais prescrits par les présentes,
elles seront forcloses du droit de le faire.
Un dépôt de mille deux cents dollars sera exigé
avant la vente de tout offrant ou enchérisseur.

An emplacement situated in the parish of
Laprairie, county of Laprairie, in the Concession
Grande Coulée, known and designated as
forming part of lot number five hundred and
fifty-eight (Pt. 558) on the official plan and
in the book of reference of the parish of Laprairie,
measuring fifty feet in width by one hundred
feet in depth, English measure and more or
less, to be taken in the south-west line of the
said lot at a distance of one hundred and fifty
feet from the public road, and bounded as
follows: in depth on the south-west side by
the property of J. M. Germain, known under
number 559 of said cadastre; in front on the
north-east side by the strip of land hereinafter
described to be used as a passage to communicate
as well with ehe St. Lawrence River as with
the public road; on one side to the west by part
of the same lot sold to Oscar Poirier; and to tlie
east also by part of the same lot sold to J. 0.
Boudreau;
With right of passage in perpetuity, on foot
or with vehicles, to communicate from the land
presently sold as well with the St. Lawrence
River as with the public road, on this strip of
land measuring about twenty feet in width, and
forming part of the same lot number 558, immediately
adjoining in front the land presently
sold and leading from the St. Lawrence River to
the public road.
With the house and dependencies erected on
the said emplacement.
As the whole now subsists with all the rights,
members and appurtenance attached to the said
immoveable.
The above described immoveable will be sold
by auction and adjudged to the highest and last
bidder, on the TWENTIETH day of AUGUST
1957, at HALF past TEN o'clock in the forenoon,
in Court Room No. 31, in the Court
House of Montreal, or in any other room as
circumstances may require, the said sale to be
made subject to the charges, clauses and conditions
mentioned in the list of Charges filed in the
Office of the Prothonotary of the Superior Court.
Any opposition to annul, to secure charges or to
withdraw to be made to the said licitation must
be filed in the Office of the Prothonotary of the
said Court at least 12 days before the day fixed as
aforesaid for the sale and adjudication and any
opposition for payment must be filed within 6
days following the adjudication; and failing the
interested parties to file the said opposition within
the delays hereby limited, they shall be foreclosed
from so doing.
A deposit of one thousand two hundred dollars
shal be exacted before the sale, from each and
every bidder.
