NOTICE OF SALE
Avis public est par les présentes donné que les
immeubles suivants, savoir:
Désignation: a) Un emplacement de forme irrégulière
situé à St-Joseph de Beauce, dans le
comté de Beauce, P.Q. faisant partie du lot quatre
cent vingt-cinq (Ptie 425) des plan et livre
de renvoi officiels de la paroisse St-Joseph de
Beauce, sauf les droits de mine ou de carrière
que pourrait posséder Arthur Dallaire sur ces lots,
ainsi que les parties vendues ou cédées au Ministère
de la Voirie; borné vers le nord-est par une
ligne située à cinquante pieds (50.0') au nord-est
de la ligne centrale de la nouvelle ligne de transmission
de la Shawinigan Water & Power; au
sud-est par la partie du lot 422 et partie du lot
425; vers le Sud par un ancien chemin (encore
utilisé) Route N° 28 et partie du lot/425 et vers
le nord-ouest par la réserve d'un chemin de sortie
pour la partie nord-est du lot 425 contenant une
superficie d'environ quatre cent quatre-vingt-dix
mille pieds carrés mesures anglaises plus ou moins
avec toutes les bâtisses dessus érigées et tout
l'outillage, de quelque nature, qui s'y rapporte
et qui s'y trouve fixé à perpétuelle demeure et
étant immeuble par destination de père de famille;
et toutes les servitudes actives ou passives,, apparentes
ou occultes attachées auxdits immeubles.
6) Un emplacement de forme irrégulière situé
à St-Joseph de Beauce dans le comté de Beauce
P.Q. et composé des lots nos quatre cent vingtcinq,
quatre cent vingt-six, quatre cent vingtsept
et quatre cent trente-trois (Nos-425, 426,
427 et 433) des plan et livre de renvoi officiels de
la paroisse St-Joseph de Beauce sauf les droits
de mine ou de carrière que pourrait posséder
Arthur Dallaire sur ces lots ainsi que les parties
vendues du lot 425 décrit au paragraphe précédent
et les parties vendues ou cédées au Ministère
de la Voirie, de même qu'une partie du lot N°
quatre cent trente-trois vendue à Georges Gilbert
par acte enregistré au bureau d'enregistrement
du comté de Beauce sous le N° 98899 et
avec droit de passage en commun dans la réserve
d'un chemin de sortie pour la partie nord-est du
lot 425; et bâtisses dessus construites; avec toutes
les servitudes actives ou passives apparentes ou
occultes attachées auxdits emplacements.
Seront vendus en deux lots distincts à la porte
de l'église paroissiale de St-Joseph de Beauce, à
DEUX heures de l'après-midi, heure avancée,
MERCREDI le VINGT-HUIT AOÛT 1957.
Cette vente est faite en vertu d'un jugement
rendu par la Cour Supérieure à Montréal le 20
juin 1957, et suivant les dispositions des articles
55 et suivants de la Loi de 1949 sur la faillite,
afin de donner à cette vente l'effet du décret aux
termes du Code de procédure civile.
Public notice is hereby given that the following
immoveable, to wit:
Description: a) An emplacement of irregular
form situated at St-Joseph de Beauce, in the
county of Beauce, P. Q., forming part of lot four
hundred and twenty-five (Pt. 425) on the official
plan and in the book of reference of the parish
of St. Joseph de Beauce, save the mining or
quarrying rights which Arthur Dallaire may o\sn
on these lots as well as the parts sold or ceded
to the Road Department; bounded on the northeast
by a line situated at fifty feet (50.0') on tinnortheast
of'the central line of the new transmission,
line of the Shawinigan Water & Power;
on the southeast by part of lot 422 and part of
lot 425; on the south, by an old road (still in
use) Route No. 28 and part of lot 425 and on
the northwest by the reserve of an out-goiny
road for the northeast part of lot 425 containing
an area.of about four hundred and ninety square
feet. English measure more or less with all the
buildings thereon erected and all the equipment,
of whatever nature, pertaining thereto and
which is to be found permanently fixed thereto
and being immoveable by destination of tinfather
of the family; and all servitudes active
and passive, apparent or unapparent, attached
to the said immoveables.
b) An emplacement of irregular form situated
at St. Joseph de Beauce in the county of Beauce,
P. Q. and composed- of lots Nos. four hundred
and twenty-five, four hundred and twenty-six,
four hundred and twenty-seven, and four hundred
and thirty-three (Nos. 425, 426, 427 and 433)
on the official plans and in the book of reference
of the parish of St. Joseph de Beauce, save the
mining or quarrying rights which Arthur Dallaire
may own on these lots as well as the parts
sold of Ipt 425 described in the preceding paragraph
and the parts sold or ceded to the Roads
Department, as well as a part of lot No. four
hundred and thirty-three sold to Georges Gilbert
by registered deed at the Registry Office of the
county of Beauce under No. 98899 and with a
common right of way in the outgoing road for
the northeast part of lot 425; and buildings
thereon erected; with all the servitudes, active
or passive, apparent or unapparent attached
to the said emplacements.
Shall be sold in two separate lots at the parochial
church door of St. Joseph de Beauce, at
TWO o'clock in the afternoon, Davlight Saving
Time, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST TWENTV
EIGHTH, 1957.
This sale is made in accordance with a judgement
rendered by the Superior Court at Montreal,
June 13, 1957, and pursuant to the provisions
of articles 55 and the following of the*
bankruptcy Act 1949 in order that this sale
may have the effect ôf a sale by Sheriff according
to the terms of the Code of civil procedure.
