Dans l'affaire de la faillite de Joseph-Louis
i! eau lieu, faisant affaires sous la raison sociale
"Bellemarre Meat Market" à 7181 rue St.
Hubert, Montréal, P. Q., et autrefois du village
de L'Islet, comté deTIslet, Province de Québec,
débiteur.
Avis public est par le présent donné qu'en
vertu d'une ordonnance du Tribunal rendue le
24 mai 1957, je vendrai séparément les immeubles
ci-après décrits par encan, public avec effet
rlu décret:
1° Le lot numéro cent quatre-vingt-neuf (189)
au cadastre officiel de la paroisse de l'Islet avec
bâtisses dessus construites, circonstances et
dépendances sauf à distraire une lisière de terrain
appartenant à la Municipalité de Bonsecours;
2° Un terrain au premier rang de la paroisse
de l'Islet, de forme irrégulière, mesurant environ
cent cinquante-six (156) pieds de largeur du nordest
au sud-ouest sur une profondeur de soixantequatre
(64) pieds dans sa ligne sud-ouest, et de
soixante-dix (70) pieds dans sa ligne nord-est, et
borné au nord-ouest par le terrain de Lionel
Beaulieu, au Nord-est par celui de Wilfrid
Caron, au sud-est par celui de Polycarpe Jean
et au sud-ouest par un chemin privé appartenant
à Dame Paul Giasson, y compris un droit de
passage à pied et en voiture dans ce chemin, à
charge d'entretien dudit chemin et avec constructions,
appartenances et dépendances, ce
trrrain fait partie du lot cent soixante-et-quinze
petie 175) au cadastre de l'Islet;
3° Un emplacement situé au premier rang de
l'Islet mesurant huit perches de front sur une
profondeur de un arpent et une perche et demie
le tout plus ou moins, avec les bâtisses dessus
construites, appartenances et dépendances, borné
au nord à Philippe Kirouac, à un ruisseau, au
sud au terrain en deuxième lieu décrit, à l'est à
Albert Caron, et à l'ouest à une ruelle, connu
d'une partie du lot numéro cent soixante-etquinze
(Ptie 175) du cadastre de l'Islet;
Avec les constructions et dépendances dessus
érigées tel que le tout se trouve présentement,
avec toutes les servitudes actives et passives,
apparantes ou occultes attachées auxdits immeubles.
Pour être vendus à l'enchère publique au
bureau du shérif au Palais de Justice, dans la
ville de Montmagny, comté de Montmagny,
Québec, le DIXIEME jour d'AOÛT 1957 à
ONZE heures de l'avant-midi, heure avancée.

In the matter of the bankruptcy of Joseph-Louis
Beaulieu, doing business under the style of
"Bellemarre Meat Market" at 7181 St. Hubert
Street, Montreal, P.Q. and formerly of the village
of l'Islet County of ITslet, Province of Quebec,
debtor.
Public notice is hereby given that in virtue of
a court order rendered May 26, 1957, I shall sell
separately the following immovables by public
auction with the effect of justice:
1. Lot number one hundred and eighty-nine
(189) of the official cadastre of the parish of
ITslet with buildings thereon erected, appurtenances
and dépendances, except a part of land
being the property of the Municipality of Bonsecours;
2. A piece of land at the first range of the
parish of ITslet of irregular dimensions, measuring
approximately, one hundred and fifty-six feet
(156) wide from the north east to the south west
on a depth of sixty-four feet (64) in its south west
line, and of seventy feet (70) in its north east
line, and bounded to the north west by the lot
of Lionel Beaulieu, to the north east by that of
Wilfrid Caron, to the south east by that of
Polycarpe Jean and to the south west by a
private road the property of Dame Paul Giasson,
comprising the right of passage by foot and by
vehicle in this road, subject to the upkeep of
said road with constructions, appurtenance and
dépendances, this piece of land makes part of
lot one hundred and seventy-five (Part of 175) of
the cadastre of ITslet;
3. An emplacement situate at the first range
of ITslet measuring eight rods front on a depth
of one arpent and one rod and a half the whole
more or less, with the buildings thereon erected,
appurtenances and dépendances, bounded to the
north to Philippe Kirouac, to a stream, to the
south by the lot described in the second paragraph
to the east to Albert Caron, and to the west by a
lane, now known as part of lot number one
hundred seventy-five (Part 175) of the cadastre
of ITslet.
With the constructions and appurtenances
thereon erected as such now subsists, with all
servitudes actives and passives, apparent and
unapparent attached to the said immovables.
To be sold by public auction at the sheriff's
office Court House, city of Montmagny, Province
of Quebec, the TENTH day of AUGUST
1957 at ELEVEN o'clock in the forenoon.
Conditions: Cash or to the satisfaction of the
trustee.
