LA COMMISSION DÉCRÈTE CE QUI SUIT:
1° La présente ordonnance s'applique à toute
la province de Québec et entrera en vigueur le
jour de sa publication dans la Gazette officielle de
Québec.
2° Nul ne pourra offrir, vendre ou livrer du
lait ou dc la crème dans des contenants autres
que ceux ayant une capacité liquide nette de
huit onces, un quart de chopinc, une demichopine,
une chopinc, une pinte, un gallon et
plus.
3° La présente ordonnance annule l'ordonnance
N° 57-Sp-l publiée dans la Gazette officielle
de Québec du 18 mai 1957.
Le secrétaire dc ladite Commission est chargé
dc la publication de la présente ordonnance dans
la Gazette officielle dc Québec.

IT IS ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The present Order applies to the whole of the
Province of Quebec and shall come into force on
the date of its publication in the Quebec Official
Gaze'fc.
2. No person shall offer, sell or deliver milk
or cream in containers other than those having
a net liquid capacity of eight ounces, one quarterpint,
one half-pint, one pint, one quart, one gallon
or more.
3. The present Order cancels Order No. 57-Sp-1
published in the Quebec Official Gazette of May
18th,'1957.
The Secretary of said Commission is charge!
with the publication of the present Order in the
Quebec Official Gazette.
