Province of Quebec.
Séance du jeudi, le 11 juillet 1057, tenue au
bureau de la Commission «le l'Industrie Laitière
à Québec à 10 heures du matin.
Présents: MM. Omer-K. Mi lot, président, Joseph
Hébert, Adrien Angers, J.-Albert Chartrand,
et Walter C. Lowe, commissaires, et Alphonse
Savoie, secrétaire.
Meeting «>f Thursday, July 11th, 1957, held
in the office of the Dairy Industry Commission
in Quebec city at 10 o'clock in the morning.
Present: Messrs. Omer-E. Milot. President,
Joseph Hébert, Adrien Angers, J.-Albert Chartrand
and Walter D. Lowe, Commissioners, and.
Alphonse Savoie, Secretary.
LA COMMISSION DÉCRÈTE CE QUI SUIT;
IT IS ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
1° L'onlonnance N° 1-57 publiée dans la
Gazette officielle de Québec du 25 mai 1957 est
amendée en remplaçant l'article 8 par le suivant:
"8° Le prix «lu lait en bouteille pour distribution
aux écoliers est fixé à 6 cents la mesure de
8 onces."
2° La présente ordonnance entrera en vigueur
le jour de sa publication dans la Gazette officielle
de Québec.
Le secrétaire de ladite Commission est chargé
«le la publication de la présente ordonnance dans
la Gazette officielle de Québec.
1. Order No. 1-57 published in the Quebec
Official Gazette of May 25th, 1957, is amended
by replacing Article 8 by the following:
"8. The price of bottled milk delivered to
pupils is fixed at 6 cents the S ounce container."
2. The present Order shall come into force on
the «late of its publication in the Quebec Official
Gazette.
The secretary of said Commission is charged
with the publication of the present Order in the
Quebec Official Gazette.
