pour demander l'érection du territoire dc la municipalité
du village de Maniwaki en municipalité
de ville, sous l'empire dc la Loi des Cités
et Villes, sous le nom de la municipalité de la
ville de Maniwaki.
Ledit territoire, ayant une population dc
6,327 personnes, est borné comme suit: savoir:
Le territoire actuel de la municipalité du village
de Maniwaki. comté dc Gatineau, se composant
de tout le canton dc Maniwaki et d'une partie
du canton de Egan, comprenant tous les lots
ou parties de lot et leurs subdivisions présentes
et futures, ainsi que les chemins, rues, ruelles,
rivières, lacs, cours d'eau ou partie d'iceux renfermés
dans les limites suivantes, à savoir: partant
du sommet de l'angle sud-ouest du canton
de Maniwaki; dc là, passant successivement, par
les lignes et démarcations suivantes: la ligne
extérieure ouest du canton de Maniwaki prolongée
jusqu'à l'axe ed larivière de l'Aigle; ledit
axe de la rivière de l'Aigle en descendant son
cours et contournant par la droite les îles les plus
rapprochées de la rive gauche et par la gauche les

The actual territory of the municipality of the

Township of Maniwaki nnd part of the Township

their present or future subdivisions, and also the
roads, streets, alleys, rivers, lakes, water-courses
or part thereof contained in the following boundaries,
to wit: starting at the summit of the southwest
angle of the Township of Maniwaki; from
there, passing successivaly, by the lines and demarcations
following: the exterior west line of
Township of Maniwaki prolongated to the axis
of the Eagle River; the said axis of the Eagle
River descending- its course and passing to the
right the islands nearer to the left bank and
passing to the left of the islands nearer to the
right bank to the axis of the Desert River; the
said axis of the Desert River descending its
course and passing to the right of the islands
