Demande est fuite de détacher de la municipalité
scolaire de Vaudrcuil, dans le comté de
Vaudreuil-Soulangcs, le territoire ci-dessous décrit
pour l'annexer à la municipalité scolaire
du village de Dorion, même comté.
Ce territoire comprend une partie des lots 459
et 460 du cadastre officiel de la paroisse de St-
Michel-de-Vaudrcuil, renfermée dans les limites
suivantes, savoir: Partant du point d'intersection
de la ligne nord du lot 268 (emprise du chemin
de fer Canadien Pacific) avec la ligne sudest
du lot 459; ladite ligne sud-est du lot 459
dans une direction nord-est jusqu'à sa rencontre
avec la limite actuelle de la municipalité scolaire
du village de Dorion; puis suivant cette dernière
ligne vers le nord-ouest jusqu'à la ligne nordouest
du lot 459-32 (rue Noyer); de Tà vers le
sud-ouest dans le prolongement de la ligne nordouest
de ladite rue Boyer sur une longueur de
703.0' pieds conformément à l'annexion de l'année
1953; de là se dirigeant vers l'ouest à angle droit
sur une distance de 214. pieds; de là vers le nordest
à angle droit sur une distance de 660. pieds où
il rencontre la limite crée par la Loi 56 Victoria,
chapitre 60; de là suivant la limite actuelle en
biaisant à travers la partie du lot 459 et au
travers des lots 460 et 461 jusqu'à la lignenordouest
du ter i «i e de la comiri;:i>n scol i.-e du
village de D-vi >n, soi- jusqu'au lot462 exclusivement;
de là vers le sud-Ouest longeant la ligne divisoire
desdits lots 461 et 462 jusqu'à sa rencontre
avec le côté nord du lot 268 (emprise du chemin
de fer Canadien Pacific); de là dans une direction
est en suivant cette dernière ligne jusqu'au point
de départ.

décrit pour l'annexer à la municipality scolaire du
village de l'Epiphanie, dans le même comté.
Ce territoire comprend les lots suivants, tous
inclusivement du cadastre de la paroisse de l'Epiphanie,
savoir: 259 à 407 inclusivement plus les
lots 456 (C.P.R.) et P465 (C.N.R.) et partie 466
(C.N.R. via Rawdon).

described in order that it be annexed to the
School Municipality of the Village of Dorion.

This territory comprises a part of lots 459 and
460 of the official cadastre of the parish of St.
Michel-de-Vaudreuil. situated within the following
boundaries, to wit: Commencing at the point
of intersection of the northerly line of lot 268
(Canadian Pacific Railroad right-of-way) and
the southeasterly line of lot 459; the said southeasterly
line of lot 459 in a northeasterly direction
as far as its meeting with the present boundary
line of the School Municipality of the village of
Dorion; thence along the latter line northwestwards
as far as the northwesterly line of lot
459-32 (Boyer Street); thence in a southwesterly
direction along the prolongation of the northwesterly
line of said Boyer Street along a length
of 703.0 feet according to the annexation of the
year 1953; thence in a westerly direction rectangularly
along a distance of 214. feet; thence northeasterly
along a distance of 660 feet where it
meets the boundary line created by Act 56 Victoria,
chapter 60; thence along the present boundary
line slantwise across part 459 and lots 460
and 461 as far as the northwesterly line of the
territory of the School Commission of the village
of Dorion, that is as far as lot 462 exclusively;
thence southwesterly bordering the dividing line
of said lots 461 and 462 as far as its meeting point
with the northerly side of lot 268 (Canadian
Pacific Railroad right-of-way); thence in an
easterly direction along the latter line as far as
the point of commencement.
