Albert Malouf, Peter Shorteno, tous deux
de Ville Mont-Royal, et John Ciaccia, de Montréal,
tous trois avocats, pour les objets suivants:

been issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of the
Province of Quebec, bearing date the twentyfourth
day of May, 1957, incorporating: Albeit
Malouf, Peter Shorteno, both of the Town of
Mount Royal, and John Ciaccia, of Montreal,
all three advocates, for the following purposes:
To manufacture and deal in pneumatic and
hydraulic valves, cylinders, controls, machine
tools, hardware and kitchenwarc, lockers and
filing cabinets, and iron, steel and metal works,
plant machinery, machine products, implements,
apparatus, instruments appliances, and equipment
and any parts and accessories thereof, under
